Lucy has been coaching for decades, particularly in small group settings, and with C-suite executives. In recent years she formalized her coaching training with an ICF postgraduate course at Saint Joseph’s University. She qualified as an ACC coach in 2019.

Her coaching expertise lies in helping leaders grow in their abilities, particularly in executive and senior leadership roles. She is experienced in working with small groups of leaders, facing sticky problems in their organizations, and helping them work through to find solutions.
