Dr. Lucy Ford is a results focused, award winning, human resources professional and college professor with expertise in a wide range of organizational and individual interventions. She has extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change initiatives, and coaching. Further, she has successfully revised and rebranded employee policies and guidelines for organizations in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. In addition, she has done significant work for clients in understanding employee engagement, organizational climate, and their impact on organizational performance. She is well-trained in psychometrics, and an expert in survey development.
Lucy earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, after working as an HR professional for several years, in a number of capacities. Her education brought significant rigorous discipline to her approach to solving organizational problems, through the use of relevant data.
Currently based in the UK, Dr. Ford also spends significant time in the US, and can work with clients on either side of the Atlantic.
